Please allow 28 days for delivery of all merchandise on this site. We say this because the distribution is mainly done by volunteers, and some of these have full time jobs.

All overseas orders will be sent "Airmail". Additional postage is added at the checkout.

If you order a polo shirt or fleece, please check the size required very carefully, these items are embroidered to order, and cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

The website is called TOGs Calendar, and the confirmation emails you receive will mention TOGs Calendar, however, this does not necessarily mean you have ordered a TOGs Calendar, please check the confirmation email for the items you have ordered.

Please check the delivery address on your confirmation email. Remember this is the address that will appear on your delivery label! If there is a problem, please try and let us know before we send it out.

With that in mind, please make sure the email address you enter is 100% correct, as that is where the email will be sent! If it's wrong, you won't get confirmation, and Hellen Bach will get a reject email sent directly to the the reject bin. It may never be seen again!
